Real estate terms are a hodgepodge of acronyms and bizarre legal terms.

Deciphering this code can be bewildering. I think most of this is by design. Certain industries try to confuse their clients and in so doing make the services that they provide seem overly complicated. Think about insurance policies, credit card disclosure forms, living trust documents, and on and on. My goal is to present real estate in terms that you understand so that we may work together and communicate effectively.
